I have an e-mail alias. How do I set it up in my e-mail software? Even if you want people to write to your alias, that mail still gets sent to your regular POP account. Set up your e-mail software with your POP account name set to boxname@mail.thuntek.net where boxname is the real name of your mailbox, usually the same as your login username (without any leading capital P). Set your "Reply-To Address" or "Return Address" to alias@thuntek.net where alias is your e-mail alias. I have a virtual domain. How do I show it in my e-mail software? Your e-mail software may not use all these settings, or they may have slightly different names than shown here.

| My e-mail works okay, except when I try to upload or download e-mail that has a large attachment. How do I fix it?
This is usually caused by a settings conflict between your TCP/IP software and the communications port into which your modem is plugged. Follow the steps below to check your settings.
