Mim Estate
Mim Estate TGFOP-1 is an excellent
second flush tea from the Darjeeling
region of India.
It is fairly full in body with a subtle muscatel character.
Due to their unique characteristics and delicate
aroma, Darjeeling teas (grown in
altitudes above 6000 ft) are often called the "Champagne of Teas". As
a result of the high altitude, Darjeeling
has very limited harvest seasons with four crops called "flushes".
First flush is typically light yellow with a flowery aroma, while the second
flush is more fruity. The crop in between first and second flush is called In
Between and may have characteristics of either the first or second flush
harvests. The Autumnal flush is generally medium bodied with strong fruity
aromas.

Our products may be
ordered by mail, fax or phone. Your order
will be shipped via Priority Mail, the next
business day after receipt of the order.
The minimum coffee order is 1
pound, and the minimum tea
order is 4 oz. (minimum for Jasmine Phoenix
Pearls, Pai Mu Tan, Silver Needle, Tung
Ting Jade Oolong, Gyokuro, Bai Mu Dan, Ming
Dynasty, and Wassar Blume Teas is 2 oz.).
For coffee orders of 5 lbs. or more, we
will accept special roasting instructions;
otherwise, please see the type of roast
indicated on the Products
pages. Also, if you want ground coffee,
please tell us the type of grind you
prefer: coarse (percolator, French press),
drip cone filter, drip flat filter,
espresso, or extra fine.

Shipping
In order to provide you with the
freshest coffees and teas, we ship via
Priority Mail the next business day after
you place an order. (If you live within New
Mexico and prefer
that we use regular mail, please contact us
to determine the shipping charges.) If we
are out of stock on a product that you wish
to order, then we will immediately notify
you of the delay and you will not be
charged until your purchase is shipped.
Shipping Charges:
Please refer to the USPS
Priority Mail Rate Table to determine
the cost of shipping your package. The
shipping charges are based on the total
weight of the package (e.g., ).
If your purchase of coffee and tea weighs
less than 5 lbs, most shipping containers
will add between 1/4 and 1/2 pound to the
total weight. Containers for more than 5
lbs of our products can weigh between 3/4
and 1 pound.
Please note that we are only able to ship
to locations within the U.S.
For packages greater than 5 lbs in weight,
take special note of the rates for the
different zones. Your USPS shipping zone
should be determined to help you calculate
the shipping cost from the rate

We
are a gourmet coffee roaster and retailer
of fine teas from around the world. Also,
we carry a diverse selection of teapots and
tea accessories, and for the sweet tooth,
we carry imported chocolates, cookies and
crackers. This web site was started because
so many of our friends and customers have
moved away from Albuquerque
and would still like to buy our high
quality coffee and teas. To make it easier
for them to purchase the latest products
and stay in touch with us, we have created
this site. Of course, now everyone can
partake of the fine products found at Moons
